Shipping Policy

1. International Shipping
We offer international shipping. 

Important: As we dispatch products from fulfillment centers located in the United Arab Emirates, international shipments may incur taxes, duties, and tariffs, as they are classified as cross-border international shipping. Please note that additional customs fees may be applied at checkout depending on the country of delivery. We advise you to verify the estimated tax duties before finalizing your order.

The individual receiving the order will bear the responsibility for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country when clearing the parcel through customs or upon receipt of the item. It is important to note that we will not accept returns on orders related to tax matters.

Missing Parcel: If a package fails to arrive at a customer's location within 60 days, we classify it as missing. In such instances, we can either dispatch a replacement parcel or initiate a refund.  

Unclaimed Return: Orders that are returned because of incorrect or incomplete address details will incur non-refundable shipping costs. We are willing to resend the order; however, additional shipping fees will be applicable. Please verify that the correct address and contact details are provided.

2. Customs-Related Concerns: 
The recipient serves as the importer of record and is obligated to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the destination. Orders dispatched from the United Arab Emirates may incur import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These extra charges fall under the recipient's responsibility, and Pure Skin IQ cannot influence or foresee these costs. Customs regulations differ significantly; we recommend reaching out to your local customs office for further details. Should customs clearance procedures be necessary, it may result in delays that exceed our initial delivery timeframe.
