Return & Refund Policy

Pure Skin IQ only accepts returns for products purchased via www.pureskiniq.com. If you acquired our items from a third-party retailer, please reach out to that retailer or store directly.

We are pleased to accept returns but the items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused, within 30 days from the delivery date.

A refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and certain sale items may not qualify for a refund, as previously indicated.

All returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
